 Beautiful and quickThe experience in ordering and tracking my cutting board was fast,easy and came quicker than promised. I received very timely update on the status of the order and when it was being delivered. Customer Service was easy to reach and answered my question about the cutting board….but the real winner was the cutting board itself and the quality of the wood and etching. It is a beautiful addition and a lovely gift! And the cost was very reasonable.

Customer service was amazing! I received my order to find I wasn't completely satisfied with the placement of the personilization on the product. However, I was also at deadline for getting the item for a wedding gift. When I called and talked with the team, they couldn't have been more customer driven and willing to work through the issue. They not only resolved the issue but fast tracked the new product and I received in time for the wedding only 3 days later. I cannot say enough about the remarkable way they handled the call and resolved the issue.
