Nice I love the mug, but I guess it should be bubble wrapped too to avoid damages. Good thing the replacement is on it’s way.

Looks just like the pic I ordered 4 of these mugs for gifts for my coworkers. Order was straight forward and easy with the help of quoting also. Unfortunately one of the mugs arrived broken but PM customer service was on point and resent a new mug.
Mugs were great.

Turned out great all the same. I like that you can write anything on the mug. They give you quite a bit of space to do that.
