Just got the jar today. Looks amazing. It’s solid and quite big. The lid fits perfectly and tightly. I ordered the rush delivery on Monday late night and got the parcel by noon on Wednesday. Thanks for the great service and quality product.

I started my Christmas shopping early and this cookie jar did not disappoint!! Fast delivery, great packaging and awesome quality! I will definitely be purchasing more items.
This cookie jar looked exactly as ordered. It was a bit larger than I expected but that's good. Well package and arrived in one piece. A great experience but spoilt by the lousy FedEx delivery service. They delivered it one day later than promised and they delivered it to the wrong house. Not only wrong house but wrong number and wrong street. Luckily I was able to find the house from the delivery photo and retrieve the package. A great experience with Personalization Mall but spoilt by FedEx.
We ordered this for friends. They were excited when it arrived and enjoyed the variety of stick figures representing each family member! The order was processed and delivered in just a few days and all spelling and choices made when ordering were correct. We will use this company again for sure!
I purchased these as Christmas presents. I labeled them as vacation savings fund jars instead of cookie jars. They are adorable!! One arrived broken. I called Customer Service and they quickly replaced it. Excellent Customer Service!!!
