I called as soon as I got it and they sent me the screws the next day. They were the wrong screws. I am still waiting for the correct screws. It is annoying since it was a gift.

Love product By Shopper (Philaelphia, PA) - January 19, 2018 This would of been a 5 star rating but i wasn't happy with how i recieved it the holes for the hooks were not even nor did it come with screws which i felt it should of came with that if you are not attaching it before it is shipped. i had to use one screw to hold up the hooks due to the hole placement on the product. it did come out nice just upset the holes werent lined up correctly.

The only reason i gave 4 stars is the length , it would have little long otherwise quality and finishing is very good. I would definitely recommend this to my friends. Some of them already going to order same!!!!!. No hassle in shipping and delivery.

Small & Durable Even though I thought it would be wider it's an absolutely beautiful piece. The material is sturdy, the gloss brings a shine that makes it stand out.

Welcoming others! This is a very nice plaque and key holder. It requires a little more than just a couple nails as the mounting is pretty deep and must be accurate or else the plaque slips. Other than that, it's great!

Nice addition to our home The key holder and plaque is sturdy, classy, and useful. We placed it on the wall in front of the front door so when people walk in, the first thing they see is the Welcome sign. It makes the home more cozy and welcoming.
