Very Classy I purchased this as a gift. I was pleasantly surprised to find it heavier than I expected, very nice quality. I was disappointed to see a couple of lite scratchs Not bad enough to return but disappointing because of it being a gift.

Personalization font color could be more distinct. The personalization can be made in black, more distinct fonts.

Lettering could be better I really wasn't pleased with how the Name came out on the item. it was almost visible the letters were really small and should have been a little darker the chiller is really nice.

Very elegant The chiller is very elegant, surprisingly heavy, and looks beautiful. However, the engraving is very light and doesn't really stand out. You have to look at it at an angle in certain lights to see it. Also, there was a barcode sticker smack in the top middle above the engraving, which left adhesive when I removed it. I can't imagine why they would place it there when there are other less obvious places to put it.

Good Quality Item This wine bottle cooler is good quality, heavy and has a nice elegance to it. I would recommend not having it personalized from this company since the engraving does not stand out nicely, blends in with the item. Also recommend you purchase a gift box outside this company. The gift box was not what I expected, very plain and no elegance.

Poor Quality Control Order was retirement gift for my boss and paid to have it gift boxed. I was so excited about it that I went ahead and opened the box to see how it turned out. I was extremely disappointed to immediately discover that there was,very clearly,the imprint of the sticker that was on it prior to the monogramming. My coworker & I could read the UPC numbers. Called customer service and they recommended washing with water and microfiber cloth. As I proceeded to do as instructed I also noticed scratches on the item. Called CS immediately and they agreed to replace. Received replacement. Still could see outline of sticker and a small white sticker was left on the item. I should NOT have to clean this. It was gift boxed. I would have been very embarrassed for my boss to open his gift in front of my coworkers and see the sticker residue. My coworker was interested in getting a similar gift for a friend but after this experience both of us are very hesitant to order from this company again.

Appalling product condition and customer service. By Shopper (Concord, CA) - December 15, 2023 I ordered the attached stainless steel wine chiller personalized for a client for Christmas. The etching of his surname is appalling, and worse, someone thought it was acceptable to send in as-is condition. I sent several emails and received a prompt reply (had to be automated) giving me option for replacement or refund and I chose replacement. This was 48hrs ago, I’ve sent 3 subsequent emails with no acknowledgment that action has been taken and when I should expect delivery.

Stainless steel wine chiller The first one came all scratched up. Customer service was great in that they replaced for free but the 2nd one wasn't better. The type of surface isn't scratch proof. Should have some note stating that. Not happy with it just going to deal with it and hope my boss will look beyond that.
