Excellent product poor packaging The crystal apple and engraving were very well done but unfortunately whoever put the engraving in its box tore the paper hinge so I had to discard the gift box. Probably a one time thing but there was insufficient time before giving the gift to get a replacement gift box

Lovely keepsake, great customer service I ordered this crystal apple paperweight to celebrate my husband winning county teacher of the year. The first one came with misaligned text. Smaller than expected Very nice gift for a teacher. I was not expecting the engraving to be a see-through on the back and the front of the apple smooth, and it's smaller than expected and therefore the engraving is harder to read than I expected.

Small but cute I thought the product came out really nice. I also thought it would be bigger considering it was almost $40. I was a little disappointed about that. The person it was gifted to loved it, so it worked out well.

Looks cheap to be this price I purchased this item as an award to give to the most helpful teacher that the NHS voted for. It was customized with a quote and looked very professional from the shopping cart. When it arrived, it looked very nice. It comes in a great box to give a gift in, and the glass is nice. However, the printing looks cheaply made. The words were fuzzy and difficult to read and almost looks like it was printed on the wrong side. I'm sure our winner will love it, but I expected a little better quality.

Poor shipping time By Shopper (Honolulu, HI) - May 12, 2014 After having paid $15 to ship my purchase to Hawaii I would have expected it to arrive within a few days instead it took 5 whole business days and arrived to my home at roughly 7 PM HST. I'm happy with the product but not the shipping time.

The words engraved was not visible, may be due to the white color engraving. The glass material was not looking vivid.
