Delightful! I ordered these for guest on our yacht. They are delicious!!! So fluffy and comfy! I love mine and know our guests will also. Pricing was far better than others , delivery was spot on, and they look like they cost a lot more than the did. Can't wait to get out of the shower/bath and wrap myself in luxury!

Exactly what I was looking for I ordered 8 luxurious bath robes for our yacht. They are of outstanding quality and shipped lightening fast. My only regret is that I was limited to a certain number of characters, therefore "Motor Yacht" had to be shortened to M/Y, but that's an insignificant detail. Our guest will love lounging in these super soft robes-just hope they don't pinch them!
Will definitely order from them again!!!

So Soft And Fuzzy and great quality! We bought the robe as a gift for a friend for a spa day. She wore it the entire day, it was so soft and plush and the stitching in the name looked great! We were very happy with the purchase. The cost was low, the delivery was fast and the quality was high.

I bought 7 of these robes (one for each gal and one for myself) and had all the girls names embroidered on them. Not only did they look amazing but they are the softest robes I have ever felt. The girls seriously did not take them off for 3 days straight!! These robes couldn't have been a bigger hit. I can't stop wearing it. LOVE!! Have already ordered 2 more for gifts.

Very Soft but Sheds My boyfriend and I ordered two of these as anniversary presents to ourselves. The price was pretty good (comparable to others) and the website allowed us to see what the final embroidered product would look like. The robes arrived packaged in a standard plastic wrap. They are very soft and sleek. The embroidery is well-made. The website's preview is very accurate in terms of color and size. We ordered white robes with black embroidery and we're happy with the color accuracy. The robes stretch down to just below my knees (I'm 5'8''). I'm happy with the size. The reason why I removed one star is the shedding; both my boyfriend and I find little strings and pieces of felt all over the house. I'm not super concerned because we don't use them heavily but once they need to be washed...well, I don't know if they'd survive or return to their original softness. Overall, pretty good purchase.

Awesome This robe was soft and very luxurious which was very surprising. It was the perfect size and the stitching was pretty decent. The only downside of the stitching was that the letter "O" looked like an "A"; other than that it's a very great item for what you're paying.

Great gift! By Shopper (Tulsa, OK) - September 15, 2014 I got this robe for my moms birthday. She absolutely loves it! It is very soft and I love that you can add a personal touch!
The only downside to me was that there were not very many options as far as fonts and number of characters possible to type. I was wanting I put her monogram but there is no way to change font size and there is only one cursive font.
All in all it still looked great and my mom loved it! So I would recommend to anyone who knows someone that loves robes!

Initials The robe quality was great......the spacing of the initials not so great. It is a gift along with a bag with a name on it and other little things for someone and I'm embarrassed to give it - have told the others who r going in on the gift about the initials and just hope the person receiving the gift doesn't notice. I contacted Personalization Mall....but because I OK'd the selection - they didn't do anything. The selection did not obviously show the spacing and I think the script's M was so fancy is left too much space for the next letter - Disappointed!

Great robe, terrible box The robe was great. no complaints. I kind of wish the personalization was a bit larger. On the other hand, the box was absolutely terrible. It's the worst excuse for a gift box i've ever seen. The box it was shipped in arrived looking like a pea-pod and there was absolutely no way I could've given that to someone as a gift. Wasted money on that.

 Disappointing...Although luxuriously soft, the fabric of this robe is thinner/flimsier than I expected. The construction is also disappointing, already showing signs of wear at the shoulder seams. And the collar is unevenly attached and rolls unattractively. Although I laundered the robe as per instructions, it came out of the dryer wrinkled and creased, somewhat surprising for 100% polyester! The photo on the website looks much nicer than the actual product. I will likely use it as a throw rather than wear it as a robe.

Soft Robe - awful matieral - SHRED DO NOT BUY THIS ROBE IN IVORY - the material is awful, I bought one of these in black, had no issues, I bought 2 in ivory, these robes have not stopped shedding - I have washed them 3times already, fluff balls do not go away, they stick to the bedding, walls, floors, your skin, any other clothes you put in the wash - THESE THINGS ARE ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - IT IS BEYOND FRUSTRATING - I have washed multiple times, used a lint roller, nothing works

 Disappointed customer I've always love a matching robes with my husband but couldn't afford it till this past Valentine 2-14-17.
Was finally able to purchase a set but was very disappointed because the robes are small, short n not enough room to snuggle. I'm stuck because I had both robes personalized with our names. The quality is excellent I give u that.

Beautiful robe, but sizing is inaccurate! By Shopper (Clifton Park, NY) - December 28, 2015 I purchased this robe for my wife for Christmas. She is almost 7 months pregnant and this robe could easily be wrapped around her twice. So, needless to say, it's not one size fits most. It really should be labeled as XL. As a family, we've been purchasing from personalizatio nmall for years, but this is the last thing I'll order from this site. Customer service was unwilling to let us return or exchange this. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, I was transferred to the supervisor, but it went straight to voicemail. I'm one disappointed customer, and now I'm out $55 on a robe that my wife will never be able to use.
