Beautiful Towel and mug with poor delivery By Shopper (West Hartford, CT) - July 19, 2022 The quality of the merchandise is superb. My friend loved the gift--which ended up not given on the occasion. Unfortunately, I paid extra for a quicker delivery and should not have. It took the same amount of time as the free delivery. Not happy at all. Makes me think twice about ordering again--and this is coming from a repeat customer.

This Mug is beautiful! I ordered this mug for a friend and is beautiful and such good quality for the price.
I do have to mentioned that my order had to be replaced as the delivery driver was not careful and when I opened the package, the mug was broke. This was upsetting as I was going to give it to my friend for his birthday dinner which is this Friday. I called the customer service line of *Personalization Mall* and I spoke with Samirak, she was extremely helpful and efficient. She immediately replaced my order and I was able to get another mug delivered today! It came in perfect condition. She provided an email so I could send the pictures of the broken mug as well as a video of how the delivery driver delivered the package as I do own cameras in front of my house.
I love to order from here, the customer service is great and I can not recommend enough.
