Loved so much had to order twice! We got this mug for the kids' grandma a few years ago, but unfortunately it accidentally broke. Grandma was so sad, we had to get her another one. It arrived quickly and Grandma is happy again!

Personalized mug The mug itself came out beautifully! Unfortunately, the packaging wasn't the best...the box that the mug was in was flimsy and opened up, allowing the mug to fall out inside of the plastic "wrap". It was chipped upon arrival but I was able to glue the chip in place.
