Quality Mug This mug is great. It’s a heavy strong mug. The engraving was beautiful. I’m truly happy with this item. I’m only giving the mug a 4* bec the engraving is a bit hard to see. So maybe, if I were able to choose a color for the engraving I would have given it 5*. I Oder from here often. Love this site and all the products I’ve ordered thus far.

5 Star Customer Service I first received the wrong item. However, after contacting Personalization Mall, they were very apologetic and shipped my correct item right away. Great customer service! Because I didn't received the correct item originally, this is the only reason why I've given 4 stars. The item itself and customer service would receive 5 stars.

Pleasantly suprised I never write reviews but I was very pleased with the mug upon delivery. It was very fast delivery, 4 days from the date my order was placed till I received the mug. It looks so nice and is very solid and heavy. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the item hasn't been used yet and not sure what it will look like after it is used and washed. I will definitely be buying more products from this site!

Beer mug The date of the first birthday should have been 6-20-77 instead of 6-20-75. I'm not sure who made the mistake (probably me), but I would like to reorder it so it can be correct

First Time Father My husband is a beer snob, so this worked perfectly for his first fathers' day. I only wish that they sold it in a smaller size as it is huge, even for an avid beer drinker.
