 Great Product, Disappointing Follow UpThe product itself was excellent in quality and beautifully designed. My only disappointment was that the 4 coaster set is no longer offered. I wouldn't order again as you can only order 1 coaster at a time, not a complete set of 4. The product is now too expensive.

Lovely These coasters are fantastic! The quality of the image on the coaster is very clear and has the glossy look of an actual picture. They're easy to wipe clean and store. My only complaint about this product is that it doesn't come with a coaster holder.

Great gift idea Loved the way these turned out. Creating them was a pain because Personalization Mall kept saying it couldn't accept my pictures, but eventually did and they turned out great. I would definitely recommend these to a friend.

Great service! I am beyond pleased with my purchase. I received them within a week and the structural quality is great. Of two coaster sets that I purchased, most of the pictures match the preview that I saw when placing the order. Only 1-2 came out a bit blurry, but that may have been my own editing of the pictures (in my case, I was combining two pictures into one). The blur was slight, though, not enough to ruin the picture/coaster. I would definitely recommend this product!

Great coasters The custom designed coasters I ordered were perfect. My only complaint is not being able to have this option with stone coasters.

Great gift idea for a college kid! We sent coasters with pictures of family to our daughter who is a freshman away at college. She enjoyed getting them and now has a great reminder of her family all around her dorm. We were careful to select pictures that would bring a smile to her face.

 Picture coastersDecent quality coaster and the picture is centered as ordered and the proof looked great. It was ordered in sepia color and what arrived has pale pink hues running through the picture and does not look like sepia at all. It’s too late to reorder for Christmas so we are keeping them but it’s disappointing.

Disappointed but great product I didn’t see this was only 1 coaster. Was disappointed to wait for the order and to see only 1 coaster arrive. Please make it more visible

Misleading I understood that I was getting 4 coasters for $5 and ordered what I thought was 16 along with the coaster holders. I received 4 coasters and 4 holders. The description was very misleading and I am going to use my coaster holders and buy the coasters from Wal-mart...disappointed. The coasters themselves were really pretty nice for cork.

avg quality, avg price if someone told me i could order these else where for less, i’d consider it but the quality was just nothing impressive. super thin coasters are not good coasters, nor is a weird lime green line outlining my image normal or acceptable. for the price, these are okay.

Nice Product. Difficult to place order By Shopper (Yarmouth, ME) - December 6, 2017 It's a nice product. It looks very professional when it's done.
The website is poor. We ordered 14 coasters; we had to go back to the start for each coaster. The website stalled a dozen times during the ordering process. It added incomplete items to the order, which had to be deleted in checkout. That meant taking extra time to double check completeness, delete the incomplete items, and to go back to put in the correct item. The order process took over two hours.
In spite of the nice product, I cannot recommend the this particular website for anything but very simple orders.

great concept I lover the coasters but was a little disappointed because the pics didn't turn too clear. it was a little blurry even though I uploaded good quality photos.

A nice gift, but.... By Shopper (Black Diamond, WA) - December 11, 2014 I ordered two sets of coasters to give to my Boyfriend's parents for Christmas. Overall I think they will like the gift.
Why I gave three stars and not five:
For one, the quality of the images was not as good as I expected. It's possible the quality of my pictures were poor, but I doubt it. I will have to see the prints to know for sure. The colors were far more saturated than the files I sent. Mostly it wasn't a problem but some of the pictures look over-done. In particular, one picture depicts his dad laying in the sun. The darkened color/extra saturation makes him look unnaturally tan (which the regular picture does not).
The other thing I didn't like very much is the overall feeling of the coasters. They are pretty light feel almost delicate. Same with the wooden stand, it's very slight. I guess I was expecting them to feel like glass coasters, which they don't.
For the price, I am happy with my purchase.

Hoping for better By Shopper (Palm Springs, CA) - November 15, 2014 The actualy printing and all was good and the image was well recreated. I was just hoping it would feel more expensive. I am looking for a product I could resell at art fairs, but when I asked my friends what they thought these were "worth" they gave me prices less than what I paid you, so there's virtually no way for me to make a profit.

I received 1 coaster. Why not put only 1 coaster as the item pic (?). Regardless - too many other businesses with better prices and better item description. Thanks for the overpriced 1 coaster.

Very Dark By Shopper (Rancho Palos Verdes, CA) - December 30, 2017 I ordered 64 coasters for family members for Christmas my order was almost $400. The printed coasters were very very dark. Almost 15 of them came out so dark that I ended up not giving them away as gifts you could barely make out the people's faces and images. They obviously don't have someone checking the finished product. I was unhappy with my order. The pictures don;t come out as clear and the colors were all dark not vibrant like in the previews. I was excited to get them but weas extremely disappointed. I would NOT recommend.
