Housewarming Gift This was a housewarming gift for brother and sister in law. It was beautiful and so personal and they loved it. But when opening it, they discovered that one corner of the frame was broken. They called Personalization the next day and was told a new one would be sent to them at NO COST. And, it was. Arriving in just a few days. This is some of the BEST PR I have ever experienced!!!!
