 Look cheapI have bought products before and yes, these are glass but they look like they are hard plastic. The engraving is good. You can't tell they are glass until you touch them.

Shot glasses The shot glasses themselves are of good quality. The personalized text I ordered for the inscription however, was not centered on the shot glass. This isn't a deal breaker though, the person I ordered these shot glasses for, loved them regardless. If you are adamant about having your personalized items centered, keep in mind it might not be.

Loved my glasses! So loved the shot glasses they were a good size however one or two of them had some of the letters chipped away. NOT extremely noticeable but if you really looked you could see it. Overall I would purchase again!

Great but color Bought these for my friends in memory of our friend who passed away, they absolutely loved them! One tiny thing is I wish it wasn't white writing because it's hard to read, especially if it's clear alcohol and not colored. I wish there were color options for the wording.

Rough These were bought as a gift and they are nice but the etching is rough. Not as great of quality as some of the other items we ordered.

 BrokenI received this item shattered in the bag it shipped in. Eager to refund it I sent an email to customer service and they have yet to respond. I will not be shopping here again
