 2nd try was awesome I ordered this canvas for my wife's birthday, and our anniversary. When I was looking at my placed order (and I was not as circumspect as I ought to have been when I placed the order)I noticed that I had misspelled Apalachicola. Argh. No problem, I ordered a 2nd print, just the canvas, and replaced the 1st order in frame with the 2nd order. Since it was my bad, no used to ask for a return, the cost was very reasonable, and now I have a 2nd sign for my workroom.:-)

This order was no so perfect. The canvas was stretched to far to one side and made it a little crooked so it was driving me crazy hanging on my wall. I sent them a quick email explaining the issue and they quickly responded asking for me to send them a picture. A minute after I sent the picture they emailed me that they would be sending me a free replacement, which I got a week later. They were very apologetic and I couldn't be happier with it.

Just like I hoped it would be I received the item on time and in good shape. Everything on it was as I ordered and the quality was very good. I got it for my wife for our first anniversary and she absolutely loves it. I recommend when you personalize it, you go over the preview of the item closely as some of the words on the item come pre-printed and you may not want to duplicate them. I had to revise my personalization a few times to make sure it was what I wanted. Very happy with my order.
