Wrong color By Shopper  (Muskogee, OK) - December 29, 2018 I ordered a burgundy/ maroon colored canvass,but it showed up a light rose colored canvas. It was a Christmas present that I didnt want to send back. My suggestion is, if you show it in the color in the example, then it needs to be that color. I love the product and the personlization, just not happy about the color.

Great gift I loved this canvas. Customizing it was fun. It was not for a wedding so the only downside was there are some words that are added to the canvas that you cannot change. It made it a little difficult to work around.

Our Life Together Product was exceptional except for color. I chose burgundy but it was closer to a rose color than burgandy.

Great idea Great idea, I am glad I purchased the product. I unfortunately missed the proof on the Roman numerals and cannot use the product. I will use this site again in the future.

Looks great, but the clips on the frame came broken I had to tape the canvas inside the frame. Other than that it's great.

Awesome customer service I ordered our business partner a canvas and I received it quite quickly. Opened it up. And it was someone else's. Then they re sent ours out to us and I received it few days ago and it also was wrong. It had the wrong Frame I ordered. So I called again and they're very nice and professional. I am understanding that it's the holiday and orders are coming and going quickly. I'm just thankful they're replacing it with no problems or anything

Canvas Art Loved it but hated the color. We odered beige and the color is pretty drab. Wish i would have gotten the red.

She loved it! I purchased a canvas for my mom for Mother's Day. I used it to display all of her grandkid's names. I was able to insert a couple of bible verses as well. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because of the words that were a permanent part of the canvas, so I wasn't able to change those. I wish we could design the whole thing to our liking.

It's cute This is cute - I wish that we could determine where each line would go ourselves though. It was a bit tricky during the layout portion of ordering for that reason. Also, I don't like that Personalization has stuff preprinted on there...But it showed up very well, and overall I am pleased with it!

Love It! This canvas looks great in our bedroom & I'm glad I went with the largest size. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is the canvas wasn't pulled as tight across the frame as it could have been. We didn't use the included mounting hardware & instead opted to use wire. I was beyond impressed that from the time of purchase to the time of delivery was only 48 hours!

The initial product actually shipped with a broken frame, so I contacted the company via email and they offered to send a new one right away- with simply disgarding the old product. Wonderful service, I was so impressed! I will definitely buy from them again.

Very Personal The quality of the canvas was great! I also purchased the frame-I was unhappy that the items were not attached in any way. The canvas just rested in the frame loosely and looked cheap. I would buy the canvas again but not the frame.

not too shabby Was very excited to see my final product when I picked it up but was a bit dissapointed that there were a few pretty obvious dye splotches on the canves :( order from this site ALOT and I'd have to say this was a first.

 canvas printI like the item but it came out to be much more expensive then I originally thought. It was to be a $30 item and ended being $60.

Skip the frame The package arrived undamaged, yet the frame was cracked in one corner. We hoped to repair the frame ourselves, but it literally started to fall apart when we tried. The frame is like cheap plastic. We contacted customer service, and they are sending us a replacement. The canvas looks as displayed online.

Partially Personalized By Shopper (Winnebago, IL) - November 23, 2015 I love the idea that you can personalize this product. However, it is not 100% customizable. The words Memories, Live, Laugh, Love and Soulmates can not be changed. It would have been better if we had the option to customize the entire canvas. Overall, it is cool and I would recommend. I just wish we could do more of what we wanted and not be restricted.

 DisappointedBy Shopper (lanham, MD) - September 14, 2016 The item arrived as ordered, but the frame I paid extra for was a cheap looking plastic and appeared to easily separate from the canvas. This item did not seem well made at all. (Not a gift I want to give to my in-laws for their anniversary!) I have ordered many times from PM and this was the first time I wanted to return an item. However, after several emails, all PM said was that personalized items are non returnable - disappointing customer service.

16 X 24 canvas print I was very disappointed with this product. I ordered the green background. If you enlarge picture of the green you will notice color spots that look like the color was dripped and made a puddle. It truly takes away from something that could of been very nice.
