Great customer service I was so excited to receive my package in the mail. When I brought it in the house I noticed that there was a huge dent in the large box. When I opened it up you could see where the delivery driver had obviously place packages directly on top of this canvas:(. The canvas was not ripped, but was stretched out and didn't look great. I called customer service and they asked me to send them pictures of the damage. The next day they had shipped a new canvas out to me, with no charge!

More Family Happiness I've had one of these prints for myself for a couple of years and, I love looking at it. This time it will be a gift for my youngest daughter's 25th wedding anniversary. An Excellent Anniversary Gift! I bought personalized canvas #14681-S, as well as the formal congratulatory greeting card #7938 for my son and daughter-in-law's 11th wedding anniversary. I was able to have the names and birthdates of their three sons attractively included on the canvas. The anniversary couple was surprised and elated when their beautiful package arrived.  Beautiful printBy Shopper (Commack, NY) - December 27, 2021 I absolutely love the print. However, when I went to hang it the “hanger” wasn’t attached. I tried carefully to hammer it in. My husband tried to drill two small holes to start and then hammer it in. We ended up Gorilla glueing the hanger on, which worked, but we should never have had to go through the trouble and aggravation. Why want it attached? You order a picture, you expect the hanger to be attached.
