Looks great but shows dirt By Shopper (New Castle, IN) - June 20, 2020 I purchased the very light tan mat with black rubber border. It looks fantastic, however, the material used for the main portion of the mat (where people walk) already looks dirty and we haven’t had any rain yet. We’ll see how it looks after a season of walking on it to give a full review.

Well constructed doormat I like my personalized doormat. It is made from quality materials. Only drawback is the light colored background. It shows every footprint. I will definitely purchase from this company again.

Great This mat was reasonably priced for the item. The item is of quality. The tray itself to place the mat in is durable and would last years to come however, the mat itself is made from a material that can dirty really easily. Other than that, great product for my new home.

Gift for Hollis This was a gift and the receivers loved it. I thought it was good but wished the base color (red) would have been a richer red. Otherwise, it was great.

Pricey but nice This was for a gift and hasn’t been used yet but the order process was simple the quality appears superb and it was exceptionally fast in production and delivery considering this was a personalized product! I would highly recommend them with timeliness and product quality. My only complaint,the pricing was a bit misleading for the doormat that appeared to be a single product in the picture with a lower cost, but it doubled in price with the rubber back/frame actually sold separately.

Door Mat I bought this mat as a Christmas present. It came within a week. I just Loved the door mat. The color is perfect. It is go elegant. I had ordered another door mat that was similar to this one and that one was just as beautiful. The only thing I don't like about this one is it come in 2 separate mats. One is the border and the other is the mat.I would have preferred only a single mat. I do recommend this item.

Nice...but It doesn't come as one piece and nothing attaches the two pieces together. I guess it just lays inside the rubber back. That wasn't very clear on the purchase.

It's a mat, that's the purpose, but it seems as if the static attracts all dust/lint. Didn't last a few hours. Wish the monogram was embroidered and the mat a better quality but it is a beautiful piece to just put out when guests come over.

Would have given it a 5 but it doesn't come with the rubber mat it sits on and even though the mat itself was on sale, the rubber mat it goes into wasn't.

HAPPY CUSTOMER By Shopper (ST.ROSE, LA) - April 13, 2015 I Recieved my personalized door mat for a new home I purchased. The quality of the product was very heavy and well made. The only drawback is that I ordered the rubber tray also and it doesn't attach to the the actual mat. It only sits in the tray. It would be nice if they could find some way to actually attach it so it would slide around so much. Other than that is is a great product.

Doormat By Shopper (Springfield , OR) - June 29, 2020 I liked the personalized mat. I ordered the rubber mat to go with it. The two were not attached. That is disappointing. The rubber mat was expensive. I expected both to attached.

Monogram doormat Very thin. I was expecting it to be thicker for the price. $19.99 on sale. Reg. $29.99. I do think it would have looked better with the rubber around it but that was an additional cost.

Pretty Mat The mat was very pretty. Looks so nice right before you walk into the house. I would have rated it a 5 but I found 3 small holes in the mat. I did call customer service and they are sending me a new one at no charge and I can keep the old one. The service was fast and shipping was fast. I hope the new one has no holes.

When I went to buy the item, thinking it was one price, I ended up paying double for two items, the mat and the border. It is a good item and it is very nice, just wish that they were more honest.

Door mat Doormat arrived super fast although the smell through the box was horrible. Had to literally take the mat out and has to hang it outside for days to lose the smell before giving it as a gift.
