I liked the looks of the mat but the insert does not attach to the rubber mat. It fits loose and slides around, not practical for use.

The shipping was quick and the product looked nice. However, for $45, I basically received an oversized mousepad. I was not impressed with the quality at all. I understand that there is a certain nostalgia behind a personalized gift, but it should also have value. This product was just cheap and basically ineffective for any useful purpose. Not to mention WAY overpriced!
Nice mat but is not assembled

This is a nice welcome mat but it does not attach to the rubber tray mat which I also purchased. It was delivered as 2 separate pieces. I was expecting the 2 pieces to come glued together. It was a gift for someone and I probably would not order this again for this reason.
The light beige color personalized door mat shows all the dirt. After only 2 days it looked horrible by front door. When we first opened it, we loved it. Wrong color selection.
The rubber undermat does not affix to the part with the name on it. It come as two pieces. Since it comes rolled in box the ends stick up and does not lay flat. I worry someone will trip on it. I guess I will need to buy some adhesive to keep it down.
Nice rug, but does not fit as standard insert. Too small by itself.

Initially, the product never made it to its destination. A second item had to be reordered. This item had an enormous stain at the base. Suffice to say, I will not be using this site in the future.
I purchased this as a wedding present for my daughter and when it arrived she was not happy with the quality and safety of it as it came in two pieces and was not well anchored and she called customer service to inquire about returning it for a refund and was told no refund because it was personalized. You are a personalized product company if you don't guarantee your products then what is the incentive to purchase products from you. As far as I'm concerned that is money thrown away.
Extremely disappointed in this item. I not only bought the doormat but also the holder that goes around it. Lets start off by saying it was ruined and filthy before I even walked on it. I put it outside and it rained that night and instantly it was ruined. Highly disappointing. It is filthy and no way of cleaning it. Once it was wet I could not get it back to it's original color. Then you add walking on it and it's awful. I put it out on my back porch so no one could see it.
