The Happy Couple Ornament I got this for my son and his new wife, kind of as an early Christmas gift. However, it is so lovely and well-made that my new daughter decided that it was too nice to just display on the holidays and is now looking for a permanent spot to enjoy all year long.  Heart Ornament By Shopper (Monroe, NC) - July 22, 2024 The personalized heart ornament was delivered quickly and was very pretty. Only problem was it does’t come with the ribbon to hang it. I also ordered the deluxe gift box that sadly had white item stickers all over it and they were difficult to remove but the velvet bag was very nice.

Wedding Gift of Christmas Ornament Ornament was as expected. Only improvement I would offer is to leave off the sticker of the country where it was made. It thankfully peeled off easily and only left fingerprints from the removal but those too were easily removed. Also purchased the gift box and it also contained a sticker stating Economy. Assuming that was the shipping class. I am always skeptical of companies that base their shipping cost based on amount spent. Most companies offer free shipping when purchase is over a certain amount. Not the case with this company. The more you buy the more it costs to ship.

Surprised at the packing…. By Shopper (Mountain Top, PA) - December 9, 2023 The heart is lovely, but I was surprised at the packing- it came in a bubble envelope- a glass heart ornament only in a bubble envelope. Luckily, it arrived intact.

Very thick glass The glass is very thick, I prefer the thinner one to this. It’s very pretty, just much heavier

Nice This is just what I was looking for. Fast turn around, especially for custom order. I wanted an etched designed and not paint on or vinyl in hopes that it will last a very long time.

A gift for first Christmas as a married couple Bought this as a gift for my son, and it is perfect, the ornament is a nice size and the etching is perfect. Others will be jealous. would recommend this product and the price isn't bad.

Almost perfect I had to rush order the ornament. It came in on time. The ornament is beautiful. Not five stars because it had smudges. They easily came off with Windex but it's still ridiculous that I had to clean it myself. Also, the ornament does not come with a ribbon for hanging. I get why but I think it should cuz it looks better in the Box. I even paid for gift boxing which was perfect.

Nice touch I liked the ornament. It is not as large as I thought but still a good size. I think it should come with the option of lowercase letters rather than all caps.

Friends wedding gift By Shopper (Manor, TX) - May 17, 2017 I ordered this for a friend for her wedding. The first time it was sent out, it made it to their city and never to their house. I contacted the customer service and explained that it was a week overdue for delivery. They sent a replacement out that ended up being delivered to my friend. She absolutely loved it. Customer service was so friendly and understanding.

It is a Christmas gift for my step daughter and her new husband so they can remember their wedding for years to come. My parents gave my husband (her dad) and I an ornament for our wedding with our colors and I enjoy putting it out every year. The Mr. & Mrs. was a big part of their theme also so that's why I choose this design.
