What I like (the item) and what I do not like (the box) The product is lovely, but it is packaged in a box advertising the supplier which is not acceptable when the item is intended for a gift. it should have been in a plain box. I now have to scramble to find a plain gift box and repackage.

Love birds This is a well made keepsake. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is unless it is in front of a dark background, it can be hard to appreciate.

 Serves its purposeCustomer service was excellent. We had to have this item remade 3 times. None were due to our mistake. We called and they were very nice and rushed production and delivery.
The product itself it nice. It is not glass but sill provides a nice look. there is not a lot of personalization to it. You can only add the two initials.

Interesting Item By Shopper (WILLIAMSBURG, VA) - September 19, 2015 Bought this as a gift. The picture on the website was much nicer than the actual item. When I got it and looked at it, it was very hard to read. Still nice for the price but I personally wouldn't order again.
