SWEET IDEA Bought this item for my sister-in-law. My husband's brother and sisters recently got together for a family celebration. She lives out-of-state so I thought this would be a nice idea to display a family photo. I think it is a very cute idea and will probably buy more.

Beautiful frame By Shopper (Thiells, NY) - May 16, 2017 The frame looks great, quality glass and other materials, the only reason I am giving it a 4 is because the picture was stretched and it was not due to picture quality but no attention to detail, good thing it can be replaced and I can use one of my selection.

Nice Frame for the Price I thought the frame was very nice and was shipped in a quick time frame. However, I opted for the $6 'gift box' and was disappointed. The 'gift box' was made of flimsy cardboard and had a giant "Personalization Mall" logo on the front, which is cheesy for a gift. Needless to say, I had to wrap the item with my own materials. I will order again, but will forego the 'gift box'

 Understand This…The shipping takes about a week and a half, and the packing has been wrapped so many times! It is a great gift buy you have to be patient to get it and it takes quite some effort to unwrap!

Poor quality The actual engraving came out ok but the gold frame feels like a cheap plastic material and was already coming apart as soon as I took it out of the package, makes it look cheap so Im not impressed I wouldn't have bought it if I knew what it looks like in person
