 Awesome product and personalization!!I just bought his product for my mother for mothers day and she absolutely loved it! Cried when she opened it (personalization always seems to have that affect). It came just as the photo showed prior to purchase and packaging was protective. I didnt see any flaws at all. Overall I am super pleased. It also came by expected delivery date which is even more awesome in a pandemic!

Additional Product Features I loved the product, it was for a mother's day gift and my mother really loved it. One thing if at all possible maybe add some type of stand, she placed in her cabinet for display and it falls over, so she has to lay it down flat.
Other than that it is very beautiful and I would recommend your company to others.
