Great Company The first I had received was damaged due to mail carrier so I called and sent a picture and very promptly received and email and a new tracking number. Second one came in great shape. This company goes above and beyond and that’s why I always buy personalized items from here. They are very helpful and very nice when it come to the customer service their products are always as shown and I’ve never had an issue with misspelling or something not being what I wanted like I have with other companies.

Great Sentimental Gift I was not the recipient of this gift, however I can say that the recipient (MIL) absolutely loved it and thought it was beautiful!
