Great customer service! Although there was originally an issue with the first mat I ordered the recipients still loved it. Unknown to me customer service sent out another right away and I was completely surprised to find it at my front door after only a few days. I had no clue! This one is perfect! Good quality and great customer service !!

Nice outdoor door mat Friends had one of these rugs so we found it on line and ordered one for ourselves. We have had if now for about a month and it is really nice. Not much sticks to it so it stays looking good and is easy to rinse off. Much easier than the other outside doormats we have had. We do not have the frame so cannot comment on that.

Very nice. I bought this as a housewarming present. It is super cute. I just gave 4 stars because you cannot choose the font you want. It defaults to whatever they have.
