Love these doormats. I have the larger mats with the black frame, and thus far I have three, one for Halloween, Xmas, and everyday. The rubber frame is multipurpose. They are well made and I think will hold up years to come and the great bonus is that they're personalized.

Very cute and good but wears down quickly By Shopper (Canby, OR) - November 11, 2016 I love this door mat. Everyone is so touched by it. I gave one to my sister and one to my niece as a house warming gift. As my sister said, it's too pretty to use. Unfortunately, she's right. I've been using mine for only 2 months and it's already wearing down a bit from wiping the shoes. I would buy it again even with this knowledge. Just a little disappointed at the durability for a door mat.

Perfect Personalized Gift This doormat makes an amazing gift especially with it personalized. Received in excellent condition. I did not give it a 5 stars only because I have not used it, as it was a gift. It's a beautiful mat and I am glad I purchased it. Please read other reviews. I also wish the actual rug was a little bigger so it would fit in the mat tighter, making it more of a one-piece item. I will update this to a 5 star after I hear that my brother and his wife like it after using it. I will be ordering more of these.

Love this... We just wish it were a bit larger... Well made & professionally personalized. We should have purchased the boardering frame as well, to make it look larger & more impressive.

 So nice...but doesn’t hold up!This mat would be perfect if it was a bit sturdier! It is so pretty and fits perfectly under the door. But I have bought three so far and won’t buy another because the top layer of the mat peels off every time! It takes about a month of wear and then just peels off. I have a completely covered porch so it doesn’t even get much weather. I thought it was a flaw in the first one, so I tried again and the same thing happened. Such a shame!

Not happy with the try the mat rests in By Shopper (Newberry, SC) - November 20, 2018 I love the personalized mat which I received as a Christmas present for my daughter. However, when I lay it inside the tray - which by the way was expensive - it doesn't seem to fit correctly and looks cheap. I give this review 3 stars because the mat itself is beautiful, I deducted because of the tray. I would order the mat again. Not the tray.

Too thin to be used daily I love the design; it's a fun entry item but the personalized mat portion is only about 6 mm thick so I'm sure it won't stand up to long term use or sturdy boots tromping on it. I'm going to put it out for parties only. It smells like rubber now, but after a time I'll store it under the bed to keep it nice for parties.

Background color reddish NOT brown! I Ordered the oversized mat. I'm upset with the background color. I wanted a brown tint as shown online but it actually turned out with a red tint. This doesn't look well on my dark plank floors.

The color is misleading Cute and good quality however the mat is a burgundy, red color which was disappointing as it was given as a gift. It is no way near the brown color shown on the website. Would be 5 stars otherwise.

Non-accurate color By Shopper (Brooklyn, NY) - January 25, 2016 While this is a good quality doormat, it's disappointing that I found the color to be a lot different than how it looked in the picture online. In person the mat had a definite greenish quality and was quite a bit darker than it looked online. it's also annoying that it is not attached to the rubber tray and slips out very easily when people walk on it. It is still a cute idea and the personalization looks great, however, I wish the color was the same as how it is represented online.

Good Quality I bought the mat and the tray as a housewarming gift for a friend. It looks beautiful, just like the picture. I was disappointed to find out that the tray and the mat are not attached, they came as two separate items. If you wipe your feet on the mat you'll push it right out of the tray. I will have to find a way to glue or fasten it down.
