I would give it a 5 start rather than a 4 if there was a way to fasten the mat part to the tray. I don't like that it can come out. However, I still love it!
The tray (separate piece) is very nice, heavy duty, durable. The mat is nice, top personalized layer is attractive but does not appear as durable as the rest of it.
My husband (who rarely comments on decor items) mentioned how nice this rug was!
Instead of the phrase in white over our surname we chose to put our names in line one and our 'established' date in line two. Turned out beautifully.

I was for a unique wedding gift for 2 people who have everything. So I decided to get this doormat. They're waiting to use it at their new home.

Seems to be good quality for the most part. I bought two as gifts, so I won't get to use them myself. Good size mat, thick, durable rubber. The design side material seams very thin, so I'm not sure how long it will hold up with people wiping their feet all the time. The design looked great, and was exactly what I expected. Overall I was very pleased with the purchase.
I thought the product looked just like the picture, but i wish it was a little thicker. I also wish the coloring and words were a little bolder and brighter, but its a great product
I ordered 6 of these doormats to give as gifts. All were sent to me to wrap. They were heavy and seemed to be of excellent quality. I would have given the doormat 5 stars, if I had kept one and seen how they held up to daily wear. With this as an unknown, I am hesitant to rate them too highly.

This doormat does look nice, however, I am wondering about its durability. The material looks like heavy duty felt instead of the brush like material you see in most doormats.

Wasn't a big fan of the material. Also, the picture sample shows that there is something on the border of the mat, but its borderless and looks really weird and plain.

The mat came pretty quickly for something that was customizable. It is of a good quality rubber and looked exactly like the picture online. The test is when I actually use it. I'm wondering how it will hold up after some use. It's too soon to tell, but for the price, I think it is a good value.
Too light in color

This mat is good quality, but I felt the writing was a bit faint. I know the initial is supposed to be script, but it is hard to even see that it is an initial.
I like to give these personalized mats as a closing gift for my real estate clients. I recently visited a client who was given one just 3 months ago. I was so disappointed to see that what was originally the brown/taupe color is now a sun faded pink! Hopefully, you can upgrade the quality so I can continue purchasing them from you.
Will NEVER order from this company again. Tried to resolve issue and they refused the mistake on personalized item. Even sent pictures and they’re not owning up to error. Very disappointed and a waste of money. The top photo was what displayed on buying screen, the bottom is what I received. Clearly NOT centered and not worthy of giving as a gift.
