Set up of names Quality of product is great. But since they give you so many name slots, each name could appear more times on the frame. Instead each row starts from the beginning of the list. So be sure to preview it when ordering.

Love this Frame it was done so well and looks great. The turn around was FAST shipping was quick as well and made the perfect gift. The recipients were amazed by the frame. I was worried but once i saw it the craftmanship and cut outs were spot on and it felt good!

Great Gift I love the frame I bought for my father-in-law for Father's Day. I put all the grandchildren's names on the frame. It came out beautiful. I know he'll love it! I would give it five stars if there were alternative grandparents names to choose from such as "Grammy", "Papa", "Nana" or "Meme".

Grandparents will love this! We ordered this for my husband's parents and they were crazy about it because it says "Grammy and Pappy." The frame isn't very heavy but it's good quality. I totally recommend this.

Nice gift We ordered this for my mother-in-law for mother's day. It was sent very quickly and looked well done. I think it's something that is cuter when listing more than one child's name, but it's a nice, reasonably priced gift.

In time for Christmas I ordered the frames at the last minute on Dec 18th and they came in time for Christmas. They were just as described online and I love them.

Great product, just wish it came in a larger size This frame arrived within a week of ordering and looked just like the online preview. My only complaint, more of a suggestion really, is that the largest picture these frames will accomodate is 4x6. I would love to have a 5x7 or 8x10 option as well.

Very cool, but... there is a chip on the top right hand corner of the frame. I don't think it should have been sent to me in that condition.

There wasn't much contrast on the wood, as shown there is a definite brown stained area and on the 2 frames I received, there wasn't much difference. I even received a replacement for the previous one and it wasn't much better. Need better quality control. Overall, I will still use Personalization mall because you do have very cool products.

Disappointed The names on the frame are not centered. The top of one of the names is cut off. Be sure to look over your proof carefully! When I called customer support I was told the frame wouldn't be redone because it would turn out the same. I love the idea of this frame but am very disappointed with my outcome.

Not as expected By Shopper (Deltona, FL) - December 28, 2014 I purchased this picture frame 5 years ago and it was great just as pictured. I ordered this frame again for the same recipient as I had had another child and it is so different, very light no contrast. I'm a little disappointed. I liked the darkness and the contrast so you could see the name better. In the picture you'll see the Fionna one is the new one.

Decent, but not great The gift was well received by its recipient, but I was disappointed with the quality of the engraving and the frame. The coloring of the wood was different on different panels, potentially because of the engraving process. The engraving itself left the wood feeling rough in many places on the frame - that is to say the frame did not feel smooth to the touch. Like I said, my Mom enjoyed the gift, but I couldn't help thinking that the frame looked amateurish - not what I would expect from this seller.

Discolored I have ordered this exact same picture frame before and loved it, however this time the picture frame was all the same color. In the sample picture above, as well as the first frame I bought, the two corner pieces are darker than the rest of the frame to make the words stand out more, this time they were the same color, so the words just blend in with the rest of the frame. I was disappointed because this one was for his work, to go on his desk, now people wont even be able to see what it says unless they are an inch away from it.

 Broken Frame I've ordered from this site previously but this time I was disappointed. I had ordered a picture frame for my grandmother for Mothers Day and was taking advantage of the two-day shipping so that I would receive it on time. When my package arrived, the glass was shattered and the frame was broken. Although Terri on the online customer service was helpful and able to resend me a new frame (no answer with the phone number) it should have said that my package was fragile so this doesn't happen again

Inconsistent I ordered one before and it looked great just like the picture. I liked it so much I ordered another one, but this time it didn't look as good. The background was basically the same color as the rest of the frame so you can barely tell there's writing on it. There was no contrast to make the engraving pop. Wasn't too happy with the end product

Loving hearts frame The product was not good, they had to try three times to amke it right, then the quality overall not acceptable, very rough wood. Customer service is great though. They worked with me.

Cute idea BUT.... I got this frame for my parents who love taking group photos of the grandkids. I thought what a perfect idea. I had to put 11 names on the frame and the last of the names is only on there one time. One of the first names I had on the list is on there 7 times. Not too fair for one name to be on there once and the others multiple times. Need a better way to put names on there. If you have a lot of names be prepared for this. If you have few names then it would be 5 stars.
