Grandma loves it I was skeptical of ordering from here after reading reviews around the web about this company. But I loved the look of the product and it was the only one I could find that allowed up to 21 names for personalization. My grandma has a large family. In fact, I needed this and a coffee cup that also allowed up to 21 names so that I could include everyone. The price for the pair couldn't be beat, so I took a chance. Everything was delivered intact and in a few days. Grandma cried. Good purchase.

Cookie Jar I ordered four personalized Cookie Jars with the names of 13 immediate family members and pets. When they arrived two were broken. Customer Service simply requested a picture and information. Once given, the two Cookie Jars were replaced. They are adorable and well made. I am saving them to give as Xmas gifts next year. I am extremely please with them and with Customer Service. You can bet I will be ordering items from them again and spreading their wonderful service forward to neighbors and friends.

This Cookie Jar will always be Close to my Mother's Heart I purchased this cookie jar for my mom and placed everyone in our family's names on the cookie jar. I thought it would be unique. My mom loved it and she thought it was so special. She enjoys baking cookies for her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. This is why I thought the cookie jar would be a great present for her. Then, for Xmas, I bought one for my other sister. Unfortunately, the first arrived broken. I messaged customer service online and they sent her a replacement for free.
