Great cookie jar This cookie jar is great with its airtight lid. Most cookies do not have that feature. The names on it came out great as well. I have already purchased 2 and plan on purchasing more.

Jar itself is beautiful You duplicated one of my kids names yet the other sons name is barely visible. Isn't going to go over well. We should have a choice of who gets duplicated to make up the 22 names at least.

Cute cookie jar good quality I love this product but I feel as if they could have made the heart bigger to take up more room on the jar! Otherwise it’s a great gift!

Great, but was mistold something By Shopper (Alton, IL) - May 12, 2021 I called to have 3 names added to replace repeated names. Lady on phone told me that the position of all the names would not change, that only the repeated names would be replaced where they are. Well, the names position was moved and while it's not a big deal, I really liked where the names were going to be originally. If this is an automated thing that they have no control over, then the lady shouldn't have told me that the position of names would stay where they are.

Great Product This cookie jar is pretty big and sturdy, doesn't feel cheap at all. My only knock is the teal lettering is darker than shown in the picture.

Had to buy a second one the first was delivered broke I love these cookie jars. This was the third one I’ve bought as a gift and it arrived broke. They delivered the second and it was fine. Just seems like they would wrap it better to protect it.

Great Gift By Shopper (Nova, OH) - May 14, 2018 This was a great Mother's Day gift for my grandmother. I love the option to add many names (great for grandchildren). However, the color of the lid was slightly off from the color of the jar. (The shade of the lid was a bit darker.) I also cannot speak to the longevity of the personalization, as this item was just given as a gift yesterday. The quality of the jar, overall though, is very nice!

Very Pleased I ordered this for my Aunt who is now a grandmother of two. I put all of her children's name plus their children's name. She absolutely loved it . The jar is thick ceramic so you know it can last. I just with the heart was a little bigger giving the size of the jar but it's okay.

Heart Cookie Jar By Shopper (Lewiston, ID) - December 9, 2017 One of my grandson's name is only on the jar once and all the others are on at least twice. It's also in cursive so he can't read it. If his name would have been on this jar at least twice (like everyone else), I would have given it a 5 star. Maybe petty reason but it's my grandson...

Beautiful Ordered 2 for gifts, beautifully designed and made, and much larger than expected. The only thing stopping a 5 star review is once you enter the names there is no way to modify the design. I wanted 1 name entered once for a significant meaning and could not do it or get it done.

Great present, ordering process could use some work My Aunt loved the present. The cookie jar is a great gift.
I was not thrilled with the ordering process. I originally ordered the platter with the same design. Personalizationmall took several days to tell me they didn't have the item and just cancelled my order. Then I was in a bind having to get another gift with little time. I called and was assured the cookie jar would be okay. I think that calling or e-mailing me to contact them to discuss an alternative gift would have been much better option for me and them.
Also, when personalizing the name list, I wanted my Aunt's name in the middle with all the other family names around hers. It would have been great if the ordering process let me specify a primary name to go in the middle. I had to keep trying different combinations to see if I could get her name in the correct place. Much more difficult than it needed to be.

Great for a wedding gift I used the heart to tell the personal story of a recently wedded couple for a gift. It worked perfectly. I have done other cookie jars like this one with different sayings. It is unique and makes a reasonably priced wedding gift. I'll do it again!

They sent the wrong order! Was disappointed when the wrong jar was sent to me. Had to contact them twice and send proof it was not what I ordered. Waiting for replacement. Supposedly on its way

A little bigger, I can't see well! The Cookie Jar is very large, which is great, but the shape of the heart with your personalize names is very small for such a large jar. Maybe the heart should be larger in size or the heart put on twice opposite side of the jar. This is a gift for my sister and I'm hoping that it does not matter to her as much!

Neat Idea The only thing I didn't like was that there was a blue mark on the jar...I couldn't get it to come off and it was very conspicuous.

Cookie jar My stepmom loved this for Mother's Day we put all the grandkids names on it then filled it with their requests of their favorite cookies that she makes. Only thing I didn't like is that they repeated some names and I didn't know they were going to do that.

 Cute, but arrived with brown water spots and has a bulge. This is super cute, but arrived dirty. It has dried out brown water spots & the back of the jar has a weird bulge. Looks defective to me. The concept is cute & if the bulge wasn’t there I’d be happier as the brown stuff comes off. BUT HOW GROSS to receive a new product in dirty condition. This is a gift too. Ugh. Tried reaching customer service & can’t get through. I would have given a higher rating had I at least been able to reach customer service. I advise not to order from this company.

Damaged After adding shipping costs this ended up being a pretty pricey cookie jar. I opened the package and the lid was shattered, it was packaged on top of the jar instead of securely beside it. I know there’s not enough time to exchange so for that I’m extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to giving this as a gift.

Disappointed The print on the cookie jar has a smudge so the names are a little blurry on the right side
