Perfect gift for a teacher This mug was perfect! It looked better then I expected it to when I ordered it. I did have an issue with the shipping, but it was NOT with Personalization Mall. When I contacted them to let them know the shipping company lost my items, Personalization Mall was quick to make another mug for me and got it shipped out quickly. Found another item I love! I was disappointed that a mug I had been ordering was discontinued. However, I found another one I like as much! I love sending this mug with a fun quip on the back of each mug. ie; Diana has put up with Andy for 40 years! The front of the mug has five or so things you can print in the heart shape copy. I put their names, wedding date, love, happiness, 40 years etc. It turns out fabulous!

The pastel colors aren’t super bright or anything, which is fine with me. Perfect size for me, but it is a little on the smaller side for most, so if you’re a big coffee drinker, I’d recommend getting the oversized one. Love this product and have no complaints!!

With all family members' names on the heart, anyone can use the mug! (And, the option to add Hot Chocolate to the gift was a nice 'extra' treat!) When personalizing, I would suggest previewing your image several times...as you can "position" the names on the heart by changing the ORDER in which you enter each name. Also - add in some nice "Valentine" words --- "Love" ... "ALways" ... "XOXO" .. etc. FUN to create!

Favorite mug I gifted this mug to my mom about 3 years ago and she loved it so much. She wanted another one just in case it breaks, so I thought it would make the perfect Christmas gift! I changed up the adjectives and message on the back of the cup, but kept the same bright rainbow color theme. My mom loved it again! It's the perfect size and can be put in the microwave and dishwasher. Then I made a matching one for my dad, so they can drink coffee and tea together :)
