 Looks okay I gave the glass 3 stars because while the glass itself was as pictured, the name wasn’t as visible as I would have liked while empty.

Too large I think this glass would be much nicer if it were too more than an 18 oz size. The current size is too large for the female hand and many men might find it cumbersome

No as expected Writing is so fine you can barely see it. Their a wedding gift i had them personalized and I'm sad they didn't come out like the photo shows you when you edit how you want it to look .
The Wine glass is in good condition. Bigger then expected so that's a plus.

Not thrilled I was really excited about this purchase but wasn't as impressed as i'd hoped. The price seemed amazing, and the quality of the actual glass is good but the personalization is small and slim and you can hardly see it with something in the glass. Disappointed with the etching on this item and the beer glass as well.

21st Birthday Gift Love the font style but was disappointed with the etching itself. I was hoping the name would be bolder but it was fairly light and not deeply etched at all. I am a little concerned that it will wear off over time. But, overall and for the price, it is still a nice wine glass.

Very cute Cute wine glass turned out great but, lots of imperfections. The last name turned out good. Around the name had lots of indents, maybe where the machine was holding the glass to sketch the name. It was a gift, I still gave it to her. But, almost didn't due to all the imperfections around the name.

Iv never had an issue with any cups or wine glasses until now.
When I received my order I was super excited.
When I opened it I realized my “a” was faded away : (
Other then that all my other items I’ve purchase was amazing.
Don’t know what went wrong .

Cheap Quality Glass and Poor Personalization I was so excited with the items I ordered from PM but was very disappointed in the overall quality of the glasses. The wine glass itself was cheap like something purchased at the dollar store. We had purchased personalized wine glasses from Things Remembered and the quality was much better. Then the name came in uneven. I did report to customer service and they were responsive but I would not recommend ordering from this company.

Disappointed By Shopper (Newton, IA) - March 4, 2021 The glass is smaller than a regular red wine glass, but what is most disappointing is the size of the engraved name. It is so small I can hardly see it. It appears much larger in the sample photo you provided.

Small Font The glass itself seems to be of good quality but it is NOT the same as what I have purchased in the past. The font is VERY small. It's the first thing my daughter said when I gave it to her. I'm quite disappointed. If the font was larger, I would have given it a 5 star rating.

Okay Custom Glasses By Shopper (Lexington, KY) - January 3, 2018 Honestly I was suspicious about ordering these glasses based off of how they looked online. Usually when I order stuff from here I am pretty confident in what I am getting and a lot of the time I am happier with my order than I expected to be. However this was not the case here. The glasses do seem to be good glasses, however it is the monogramming that I am not impressed with. The letters are rather small and the product just looks mediocre.

Glass is really thin and weak I have ordered 3 of these glasses and 2 of them have broken, the second one within a week of having it. The product is nice and the script writing on the glass seems like it will last fairly long (as long as you handwash only and do not use a dishwasher). Would be 5 stars if there was any kind of warranty for poor quality.

Very dissappointed! By Shopper (Niceville, FL) - November 4, 2016 The personalization on the glass is such a faint white color that you hardly see it!! I am shocked. I spent $65.00+ for some glasses for a party I'm so very disappointed. The glass is not etched so you would think that your personalization would be applied with a full enough white color so you would be able to read what it says very easily. I had to hold it at an angle to the light to be able to read it. Too late for me to return and get something else. Just poor quality. Chintzy looking. Picture looks much better than the real thing!

The quality of the glass on this recent ordered was very thin glass and I expect it will not last long without breaking. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed in Quality By Shopper (Houston, TX) - April 30, 2023 I’ve purchased wine glasses previously & the quality was fine. Broke a couple, so I ordered 2 more. Smaller wine bowl & base then previous & much thicker glass. I will now look for a new source for personalized wine glasses

Poorly made This is the worst purchase I've ever made from this website. The personalized words are so small and does not look bold as advertised. The glass look like it came from the dollar store. Disappointed 2 of the 5 wine glasses arrived with defective dimples in the glass. I don't recommend taking the chance this will happen to you. When I contacted customer service, they said it was noted in the personalization of this item that there may be defects in the glass. The defects make this an unsuitable risk to take when considering purchasing for a gift.

Wrong item By Shopper (Las Vegas, NV) - December 9, 2016 I ordered the stemless wine glasses for my son with his Initials etched on them. The glasses that came were not a stemless wine glass but what looked like a juice glass with a very flat bottom. Definitely not what the pictured showed. Very disappointed and couldn't return them because of the time frame. I had to ship them to arrive today.
