Great Customer Service! I ordered this item as a gift for my MIL because I knew she would love it. It arrived even quicker than expected which is always great. When it arrived though it had a slight discoloration along the edge. I contacted customer service and sent photos around 7pm that night. I had a response by 10 am the next day saying they were sending me a new one at no cost. That arrived within just a few days and I couldn’t be happier. I definitely plan to use them for more gift giving in the future!

Great photo ornament This is our 2nd year to order photo ornaments from Personalization Mall. I ordered 7 of these to give as gifts. We used a photo uploaded from an android phone. The ornaments turned out great. Photo was clear and edited exactly as it previewed. Very happy with this purchase
