Great Customer Service I cannot be more happy with the customer service that I received from the Personalization Mall. I wrote a good review about an item I received but was not totally happy with the outcome but it could have been my error when trying to position a picture on an ornament. I did not ask for them to replace or give money back. I was expecting nothing. I ALWAYS have loved all their work they have done for me in the past so this was not going to stop me from using them. Much to my surprise they sent me another ornament and it was PERFECT. I was so happy with it and it was totally unexpected. It was a family picture and now my three siblings want one too. THANK YOU for doing this. LOVE LOVE LOVE your business.

2-sided family tree personalized ornament I ordered an ornament with the pictures of my niece and all three of the dogs she once had (two had passed away) so she would have that memory. AS ALWAYS,
the order was produced, shipped and delivered on time and in excellent shape.
This is not my first experience with "Personalization Mall" and each experience has been excellent. If I may make a suggestion, I would prefer you to put the "hook holder" above the ornament instead of as a hole inside the ornament....often it takes up part of the picture. Not a complaint,,,just a suggestion.

Very nice ornament Bought this for my grandson’s first Christmas ornament. Used words like ‘crawling’ and things that applied to this past year for him to build the ‘tree’ on the back, then put a current pic in front of our tree for the other side. Very nice keepsake.

Perfect Memory I purchased this for a special family for whom I Nanny their baby girl. The set up of the names allowed me to place all the family- parents and 3 children, plus their 2 dog's names, too. It was a very big hit and a gift I know they will treasure, especially since it is the baby's first Christmas. The high quality insures that it will be enjoyed year after year, and provide a memory of Christmas 2017.
