Cute, But Not As Vibrant As Expected By Shopper (Elk Mound, WI) - December 31, 2019 This is a cute ornament and overall I'm happy with the purchase. However, the light green color is not as vibrant as the rest. It almost appears a tad fuzzy. It's still a great ornament and that is the only negative thing I can say about it.

Nice Quality The ornament is a nice quality and came quickly, I took off a star because the picture turned out a bit fuzzy. Maybe something needs to be mentioned about pictures used from the internet might not be a sharp as ones taken directly off your phone, etc. The picture I used was sent to me in an email which I downloaded to my computer...probably "third hand"...photographer to daughter-in-law to me to you.

Will use it I love the way the wording forms a little tree which is what drew my attention, but the picture on the back is blurry! This was for my son's college graduation. I can use it, but I am disappointed in the picture.

Cute Family Ornament! By Shopper (Houston, TX) - December 17, 2019 I love how fun this ornament is with the names forming a Christmas tree. I'm deducting 1 star because the tree and the hole for the string aren't aligned, which causes the top of the tree to point to 1 o'clock.

Cute ornament Very cute ornament. Some of the dot placements were on the actual letters of the names. They were still legible justvwish they weren't on the names.

Only wished it came with its own ribbon holder to hang the ornament. I ordered a gift box and I didn't get it

Pretty but shiny is better! I purchased the matte ornament because I needed the larger size 3.75. The shiny 2-sided one only came in the smaller. The size is perfect, just not crazy about the matte. Shiny in a 3.75 would have given this a 5 star review! Just a matter of personal preference.

Ornament Product was as expected. There was some shading at the very top which looked like a manufacturer defect more than anything. Once I tied a bow through the hole to hang it you couldn’t see the shading. It was a gift for a friend of mine and she loved it.

Wonderful Was a hit with the fam! Felt it was a slight bit off center, but not enough to warrant returning for another. Loved the font and colors! Uploading another picture for the other side was a bit difficult. The computer never seemed to be satisfied with the picture I came up with. Took a lot of time trying to get the correct picture.

A little disappointed By Shopper (Thomaston, CT) - December 22, 2018 I was a little disappointed with my ornament. I put one of my few updated family pictures in. My husband is tall so I had to off center it because of the hole where the ribbon goes to hang it. Off center we all fit with his head slightly cut off but when I got the ornament my husband's head was bent around the side. It didn't show it like that in the picture. I have ordered other things from here and the price was excellent with a coupon they gave me. I would still order from here but was just a little disappointed with this item.

Looks great This ornament turned out beautiful with the picture on it. It didn’t look cheap at all and did not arrive broken. The only problem I did have was that the production and shipping did take forever. It was a gift and it took about 3 weeks to actually arrive at my house.

One was off centered. I ordered these as gifts. One of the ornaments was off-centered and one was missing the ribbon to hang the ornament. I have used this company many times before and have never had a problem. Perhaps it was the holiday rush. I kept the off-centered one for my own tree (but still wish it were centered). All the preview photos were the same, none of which looked like mine.

Bright and shiny! The ornament was prettier than expected for a last-minute gift! Color was vibrant with a nice gloss finish, and the ornament has a substantial weight. I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 because the hanging ribbon to lace through the ornament was on the cheap side. The packaging was well done in a velvet drawstring pouch in bubble wrap. And what looked like a red border during design, was not present on the ornament — thankfully! The gift arrived quivkly and was well received.

Nice Ornament When Made Properly I ordered two of these ornaments for two different families. The names that formed the Christmas tree were off center to one side. I called customer service, and they were quick to send me two new ones that looked much better.

Very Nice. Good quality and excellent service. My only reason for not rating a 5 Star was the hole drilled for the ornament ribbon was right at one of the heads in my photo. Had there been a template showing the drill location, I would have adjusted the photo or used a different one.

Great Ornaments, We Get Them Annually Every year since 2011, we have ordered a photo ornament for our family. We look forward to receiving them and completing our tree with that year's special ornament. Personalizationmall.com does a great job with the ornaments. The selection of photo ornaments is plentiful; and the photo and color quality is excellent. I do wish they used a different carrier as USPS seems to delay the delivery process but that would likely increase the price for the ornaments. Despite USPS, we are always elated with our ornaments and proud to display them on our Christmas tree!

Love it. But beware of the hole!! Great keepsake. Awesome gift for chritmas. But beware of where the "hole " is placed on ornament. You can not adjust the photo(rotate) to avoid the hole. Leave a little space at the top if possible.

Blurry I purchased 3 different ornaments and 1 of them came out blurry on the final product.

This is a very nice ceramic/glass ornament We order every year from this website. This is a very nice ceramic/glass ornament and I like the suggestions on how to add the names from small to large. I like this but the lettering isn't as crisp and bright as I was expecting compared the picture.

2 sided christmas tree personalized ornament Every ornament we have had made is darker than the actual picture we send and we have had atleast 10 personalized ornaments made. On one occasion your company had to remake an ornament 3 times. On the 3rd one someone finally got the picture lighter. I really wish you would work on that aspect, then I would order all my ornaments from you.

An Ornament for my daughter's family I liked the ornament, and it was a good concept. However, I did not think the light green showed up very well. My ornament said "a very merry Christmas" and you can barely read that in the light green. This would have been very pretty had it been red and green instead of green and light green. The ornament is nice, and I am sure my daughter will like it; just not one of the best I have received from Personalizationmall.com over the years.

2 sided family christmas tree By Shopper (Wauwatosa, WI) - December 27, 2016 If you are creative you don't need to put your family members names you can choose to create your own Christmas phrase. You will also want to choose a picture in which your family members are standing close together otherwise it's hard to crop it into the space. And make sure that it is a high-quality picture. Depending on the picture that you select it can come out somewhat fuzzy on the ornament.
