 Great priceI was happy with this ornament. The picture turned out a tad bit blurry, but it did not take away from this keepsake ornament. I love that it is personalized on both sides with names on one side and picture on the other.

Good, not great Ordered 3 of the same--2 were perfect, but the third was cloudy across the bottom of the picture. It's usable but disappointing compared the other 2.

Works for Small Families With Some Creativity This ornament came out great but took a little creativity for me to design with our names. As a family of four with one short and three long names, I found that putting one of the longer names second made it appear too small. I solved the problem by adding love as the first branch, and then following with all of our names. I used the last name slots for Merry Christmas! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that I had to play with the names to make it work.

Cute I ordered this for my child pictured with friends. This turned out cute. Just watch 2 things when designing:
1. Be careful to leave lots of room between the shaded areas and anything you want to see clearly from your picture on the ornament (i.e. faces). The shaded area indicated in the personalization section is smaller than what actually is printed on the ornament.
2. If you use all 8 lines of text, some of it wraps and may become confusing.
If you avoid those problems, you'll end up with a cute ornament.

Really nice concept I love how the names form the tree and the glossy finish leaves it looking really nice. My only complaint would be the solid white background, but it still very nice looking and light weight.

 Wooden Christmas Ornament Did not care for the wooden ornaments. The ceramic ornaments are much better quality.

Cute but off center I got the matte finish and wish I didn’t. The only problem is the names are not centered in the middle. Years of ordering from her and this is the first time I’m not 100% pleased. It’s super cute and happy to add it to our tree still!

Beautiful ornament but missing ribbon The ornament came quickly and turned out good quality. It’s a lot heavier than I expected. It didn’t come with a ribbon or any way to hang it in the tree, which was really disappointing and frustrating. Because of the heaviness, it requires a sturdy hook or ribbon.

ALMOST exactly what I was hoping for The ornament hole for the string or hook is off center. The design is just as expected.

Blurry I thought perhaps it was the photo I sent, but even the names on the back are blurry. Not as nice as I’d hoped.

Just ok I have ordered ornaments and other things from personalization mall before and loved them. I’m a little disappointed with this ornament and the matte finish. The clarity is not as good as it was with the glossy finish and the colors are not as vibrant. The colors actually don’t even really look like the original picture I uploaded and have a darker yellowish hue.

Pretty but a little off-center By Shopper (Centerville, OH) - January 18, 2021 Pros: This product was shipped quickly and arrived even earlier than expected. It looked good and seemed to be nice and heavy, good quality.
Cons: The color saturation in the printing was a little unnatural and the Christmas tree name design on the front was printed at an off-center diagonal that made it crooked when the ornament was hung from the top. Otherwise, the ornament was cute and since I ordered it for a gift and didn't have time to re-order, I went ahead and sent it.

The color was really dark and I could hardly see the picture on the ornament. I wish there had been a warning on the creating side that said this picture will print too dark to see.

Ornament We’ve been getting ornaments every year for at least 5 years now. Usually we are pretty happy. When we received this ornament it was off centered on both sides. It was a little disappointing.

Not Centered I loved the idea of this ornament but it did not arrive looking like the one pictured at all. The tree design of names is not centered. Looks like it was rushed to make an ship. Would not order again. I also found the tool to use to crop your picture to fit the ornament very difficult to use. It should provide an outline for you work within.

Merry - Not Bright By Shopper (hixson, TN) - November 27, 2017 I am slightly disappointed in the colorization of this ornament. The colors seem less brilliant than in the photo. The quality is fine but without the vibrancy that I expected. The subdued colors lack a holiday glee. The holiday green looks more like hunter green. The olive is very drab. The red dots are muted next to the darkened greens.
I know that the recipient will love the ornament. I wish it looked happier.

Personalized photo ornament I order these photo personalized ornaments every year & I love them. I hafta say this year I was a bit disappointed. They usually come with a thick silver ribbon affixed to it already. This year it came w a white ribbon that you need to do yourself that doesn't seem as strong & doesn't look as nice. Sad! ??

Didn't like the new ribbon!!! The ornament was fine and turned out great! But what I didn't like AT ALL was the ribbon you hang the ornament with. In the past, the ribbon was already tied and put together and looked very professional. Now you just get a plain white piece that you have to tie; which makes the ornament look very cheap! ...Very disappointed with this new change. Hopefully you will go back to your old ribbon!

Blurry Mine didn't turn out with the crisp clear lettering shown on some posted here or like site sample. It is a bit blurred. Cute idea though!

I love this idea but now that I have it... By Shopper (Williamsburg, VA) - December 14, 2016 ...I would recommend putting some sort of faint pattern (snowflakes, sparkles) in the white background. Or change it to a faint red. The plain white background takes away from my enjoyment of the tree. I plan to add some tiny see-though blue or silver snowflake stickers to utilize the space better and to make it seem like the tree has a place.

But the pictures I did were kind of blurry even though it was stated that they were great quality. You can still get the gist of the picture but it is a little upsetting that they turned out like that.

Nice but not has good as past year's purchases By Shopper (Wallingford, CT) - December 12, 2016 I order personalized ornaments every year from here for Christmas. The ones we received this year were just not as good of a quality. The printing was a bit blurry. I uploaded a very high quality size file for the digital photo but it printed very blurry on the ornament. The other side with the names also printed blurry. Definitely not up to the quality of past ornaments I've received. In the past the ornament used to have a nice bow to hang it from. Now they send a cheap piece of ribbon separately that you have to tie on yourself. Definitely a decrease in quality this year for paying the same prices. I was a bit disappointed.

It doesn't feel too fragile. However, the picture is not crisp and sharp looking like it usually does, it looks fuzzy. I would not order this item again. I'll use a different site next year, as I think I had issues last year as well.

Blurry photo I really love getting these each year but it seems the pictures become more and more blurry each time. Usually it tells during personalization if the image is poor quality and it didnt. The ornament is so blurry. Not very happy with it. Shipping was quick.
