LOVE IT but...... By Shopper (Lemoore, CA) - December 20, 2016 Really pretty glass and I can't wait to give it to my Mom for Christmas. My only dislike was the packaging. It was not packed really secure and I feel if I had brought the glass that was not as strong, it would have been broken. There was also no label on the inside detailing the information about the glass such as: high resistant to breaks and such not. So I will have to tell my Mom about that when I give them to her. Would have been a nice touch for her to read it. Aside form that, its a nice glass.

I'm very pleased with the quality of the Bormioli glass and the quality of the single letter inscription. I almost ordered the less expensive version this time - but I'm glad I decided to get the more expensive glass b/c the clarity of the Bormioli glass makes it a gift that I'm pleased to give! While I generally prefer a smaller wine glass, my guests and my spouse find the size of this glass to be perfect. You can't go wrong!

Very nice and average quality wine glasses These wine glasses are very nice because you can engraved them. The shipping and delivery is super slow so you better order a month ahead. Nice gift. Quality of glasses is reasonable.

Replacement Item I used to love these glasses and I have purchased replacements over the course of about 5 years. Unfortunately, the fonts are no longer the same that last 2 years that I ordered replacements. They also no longer carry the red squat red win glasses. What is categorized as the red wine glass was originally the white wine glass. That being said, I love monogrammed everything and while I now have mismatched fonts on my white wine glassware I will continue to purchase my replacements from here until I can find another place to buy.

Very nice looking, but... Nothing is wrong with the glasses or the personalized lettering. It all looks great but the glasses shape is a little misrepresented. 20oz glass you know it is going to be big, but the picture makes it look smaller. I can't recommend actually using the wine glasses unless you're a wino and want to knock out a bottle in a glass and half. The amount of wine the picture is about 6ozs i'd say. Which is the right amount if you're going to a winery, but we all know if the glass is a 20ozer you're going to fill that bad boy up.

Looked really nice I only opened the boxes enough to ID the ones that did not have the name on the box label.

Elegant The product came out very nice. The only thing I noticed is that the monogram was not centered with the label of the designer so it looked off.

 not as nice as the previous glassesWe have bought these glasses many times. This last batch has a thicker rim than the old ones which give it a cheaper feel.

Mismatched The etching on the glasses is very nice. They are of good quality. However, as we are using these for welcome gifts and there will be two given at a time, they are not all uniformly the same place on the glass. Some are higher than others. Not happy about that. Otherwise, it was a good experience and a good product.

Wine glass Glass arrived broken. Sent picture of item, required info to service team. No response received. Box was not noted as fragile!! I am happy with other glasses that arrived unbroken. This is my first complaint with the company, as I have ordered numerous products for years!

One Glass of wine broken I received the glasses and sticker on time, but one of the glasses was broken, I suppose to receive a new one hope by tomorrow if not would be to late for what I bought it.
