Devastated I ordered a family tree that I accidentally didn’t put 3 family members on. Within 15 mins I emailed the company to let them know what had happened and wanted those 3 names added before processing. I received no reply in over 24hrs, so in order to get my order in time for Christmas, I ordered another one! I called 2 times with no answer and the 3rd time I spoke with someone who was so polite and tried to be so helpful, but she canceled the wrong order. Now I’ve had to buy ANOTHER tree!!
