I did not pay the up charge for a Gallery Wrap so I guess you get what you pay for...a canvas that is not tightly wrapped to the frame and is flimsy. I did pay the up charge for the "walnut" frame...a cheap plastic frame that doesn't even stay together in the corners. Not happy with this purchase.

I was so excited to get this for my Dad for Fathers Day. I ordered it early, and glad I did because now I have time to get something else. The quality is really fuzzy and hard to read the names on the leaves. Extremely bummed out and wish I hadn’t ordered.

I was so excited to get this gift for a family member. I was disappointed when I opened it as the writing is much too fine. Very difficult to read and understand. Names on the leaves should be bold and caps. Definitely not worth the price

I ordered a family tree that I accidentally didn’t put 3 family members on. Within 15 mins I emailed the company to let them know what had happened and wanted those 3 names added before processing. I received no reply in over 24hrs, so in order to get my order in time for Christmas, I ordered another one! I called 2 times with no answer and the 3rd time I spoke with someone who was so polite and tried to be so helpful, but she canceled the wrong order. Now I’ve had to buy ANOTHER tree!!
