When reading the other reviews, I was hesitant because they said the names were not coming out where they would like them on the leaves. BUT - I found a way to "trick" the order system. I went in and put the names on the leaves where I wanted them, and then went back and simply put a . (period) in the numbers that I wanted blank. It worked perfect - just a little speck on the leaf that was totally not noticeable! Amazing product - - I can't wait for the recipient to open it at Christmas.

Family Tree Personalized Creations The Canvas is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend the thicker canvas. This company gets a 10 star. I accidentally left a name off the tree. I called as soon as I received it in the mail. They knew I was so upset about this and offered to replace for the cost of shipping 14.00. Thank you for acknowledging we all make mistakes.

I was concerned it wouldn’t be a good product but yet it was and we were so pleased with it! My only reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 was I would have liked to have a little more control on the placement of the names on the leaves. But other than that a beautiful product!

Ordered it with frame but it arrived without frame. Emailed customer service and was refunded amount of frame in a timely manner. Would order from the site again.

Not too satisfied THE FAMILY TREE PERSONALIZED CANVAS IS OUTSTANDING. IT WAS BOUGHT FOR A FRIEND AND THEY LOVED IT.
THE ONLY COMPLAIN FOR ME IS THAT THE LETTERING FOR THE NAMES ON THE LEAVES WERE IN WHITE AND IT WASN'T VISIBLE. MAYBE IF THE LETTERING WERE IN BROWN OR BLACK IT WOULD BE EASIER TO READ.

Family Tree I put a 4 because it is what it said is is! I received one from my parents as a gift for 40 years as a family. I then bought one to compliment it which had the family names of my husband’s side of the family. We put both in our bedroom. NEGATIVES: the #s to coordinate putting names on the family tree don’t make any sense. Furthermore, the arrangement of the leaves are NOT customizable. This was disappointing because someone looking at my tree wouldn’t be able to tell who the parents were etc.

Beautifully Made By Shopper (Riverside, CA) - December 26, 2018 I purchased this frame for my Mother and she absolutely loved it. Very good quality and bright beautiful colors. The only complaint was that the leaves were a little too light and the writing was hard to read. Maybe putting darker green or darker writing would’ve made the letters pop. Otherwise it was beautifully made.

The only reason I didn't give it five stars is that the font is a bit hard to read. You have to look at the leaf instead of glancing at it. They should be a tiny bit darker or bigger.

Very Nice The overall product was nice and my mom liked it. However, the names on the leaves were pretty tiny and in cursive, so it was hard for her to notice at first.

Anniversary Gift I really liked the final result, ordered the 12x18 size. Wish the writing size on the leaves was larger. Readable but small.

Nice Canvas I ordered this for my in laws and it turned out very pretty. I gave it 4 stars because I wish we could of picked the name placement and group the families together. There are 2 Daniels in the family and they put them right next to eachother. But the quality is great and I know they will love it for Christmas!

Love the concept, not impressed with clarity I have always gotten my personalization from PM and have ALWAYS been happy. Unfortunately this particular item did not meet my expectation. I don't know if it was because they needed to freshen the ink on their printer or if it is the color scheme but I don't feel that the names on the leaves are very clear and the color looks dull. I will say, my parents were delighted in receiving this meaningful gift and didn't mention the dullness but I sure could tell the difference. Won't stop me from using PM or ordering more canvases just problable not this style.

Suggested improvements The product and its quality are great but I would have preferred choosing what name went on each leaf so that the individual family members could be grouped closer together on the tree.
