Unfortunately, after about 2 weeks, I notice a very slight warp upwards in the middle. I’m talking very slight. Called them and immediately they replaced it, engraving and all. Wood products are a natural substance and occasionally they can warp or swell, completely understandable. But great customer service can be a rarity these days. Thanks for making this so easy. I will order more for gifts

High quality! I was pleasantly surprised with how beautiful this is! It looked pretty enough on the website, but I was blown away once I saw it in real life. It's quite sturdy too, with nice fat rubber knobs on the bottom to avoid scratching. Makes a nice decorative (and functional) addition to the kitchen counter.

Sturdy/Well Made I purchased the personalized butcher block cutting board as a bday gift for my husband, as he loves to grill.
It was the best gift ever, the cutting board is very sturdy, it's a thick wood so it holds up very well & the wood grain is very nice.
I requested the initials on the bottom right corner as I wanted the cutting board to be the star & it was such a good choice.
