 Looks good.By Shopper  (Newport News, VA) - June 16, 2019 Brought this as a house warming gift for my best friend. Meeting her tomorrow for lunch to give it to her, hope she like it. Quality is good, nice and heavy so it wont be moving all the place. Only thing is I didn't know the rug doesn't come attached to the rubber. You lay the rug in the rubber. I don't know if they did that so you can wash the rug or if mines is a manufacturer error. Either way, the rug is nice.

LOVE THE COLOR I like this door mat, however the middle part comes out and it has a smell that will not go away. Other then that I loke it.

Front Door Mat The mat and tray are as described and look good as a welcome to our home. The personalization was correct. We were expecting the ink to be darker as it seems pale and the wood tone of the background appears as if it is smeared. We were a little disappointed in our choice but would order again looking for a different background.

Great quality and sturdy I bought this as a house warming gift for one of my customers. They loved it! Its sturdy and durable. The only thing I did not like is it does come in 2 pieces, I wish it was one piece, maybe the mat itself that says home was glued to the larger mat? Overall I would but it again!

Nice and simple Pros are it arrived correct, fast.
Cons are the background looks like a defect. Its not though, its supposed to look wood-like, but my first thought was it was stained.

Nice These are nice welcome mats, just not as thick as I like. The personalization (according to our guests) gives our homes a higher end feel.

Nice product The rug is made very well, it’s heavy . Not sure how the insert will work out as I’m giving it as a gift. I liked it so much I’m going to order one for myself.

Beautiful Welcome Mat Love the mat - it looks really nice and it was produced and shipped so quickly. The only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is that it doesn't lay completely flat in the tray, but I imagine once it is laid out it will or it can be velcro'd into place a little better. It was purchased as a gift and I'm excited to give it to our son for his new place. It really is very nice!

Great Housewarming gift I give these to all of my Buyers on the day they close on their new home and they love the personalization.
I do recommend suggesting to them they purchase some of the seasonal inserts as repeated used of just one insert seems to not hold up more than about a year before it begins to peel and fade.
I have one of my clients that purchased an insert for each season and switches them out and they look like new.

welcome mat By Shopper (N. Riverside, IL) - August 28, 2017 The mat was great, however I was surprised that the insert wasn't glued down or that we were given something like Velcro to keep it in place. I hope that if they use it outside that the insert (mat) will stay in it's place.

Great house warming gift This mat was so cute, and a perfect gift for a couple buying their first home. That said, I think that the script used to do the family's name below needs to be much bolder. It was so thin that it is barely noticeable.

Overated Not happy with it. Print on last name too small. And I don't expect the printed portion of the mat to withstand all those shoes and sneakers rubbing against it.

Should have looked at the picture closer By Shopper (Oceanside, NY) - December 1, 2018 Good quality. However, the doormat would look much better if the last name on the bottom was in a larger font. Looks pretty small to me, but after I received it, looked at the online photo and that's how it is presented. 3 stars for me based on that. Otherwise, nice item. Maybe Personalzation.com will increase the font size down the road.

Unattached Looks very nice but I had to reduce the number of stars due to the fact that the actual welcome mat isn't actually attached to the heavy duty black scroll mat. I believe the personalized piece would probably just blow away during a high wind situation.

Not too impressed By Shopper (Marion, IN) - May 28, 2018 The holder of the mat is great. The mat itself is (to me) cheaply printed. The name is so light. Maybe it was the color I chose. But it matched the home I bought it for! I do not believe I will choose that gift in the future.

More for looks The printed door mat is very pretty but it's more for looks. It definitely won't hold up to lots of shoe scuffing. I think the screen printing won't wear well. The rubber mat is very heavy but the screen printed mat just sits on it. There's no way to attach it.

Not what I expected..... By Shopper (Crofton, MD) - August 29, 2017 I was super excited to purchase this mat after reading a few reviews on how great it is. I get it, its super thin and only good as a piece of decoration. Don't expect this mat to do anymore. If you need a weather mat try something else. The personalization was good. But what I got personalized was too small to see from just passing by.
