When I first received this product, it came broken, however reporting the issue was so easy just took a photo of the damaged glass sent to CustomerService@personalizationmall.com And they responded the next day letting me know that they will reorder send out a new one for me, even though it came broken on the day of Valentine’s Day wanted to give my boyfriend the gift I was really happy and pleased that it was easy to report and received another one.
