Fantastic! First order of 2 arrived, engraving on one of the beer can glass had some letters missing. I contacted customer service for replacement. Replacement arrived within 2 days, perfect and flawless. Sufficed to say, I am very happy with my purchase.

Innovative Style Loved the concept of a beer glass shaped as a beer can....however I found the glass itself is a bit flimsy.I know my friend will surely love the sentiment!!

White Too Light I'm sorry to say I can't give this five stars. The etching was done beautifully and you can't beat the delivery time. However, the print is on a background so light that it is difficult to see. This was a Christmas gift for my SO, and I had requested a pet phrase of his to be etched upon the glass. I know that he would have found it hilarious upon opening it, if he could have read it, but it's so light that he couldn't. I had to tell him what it says. Then we went to his friends' house, and he brought it in to show his friends. They couldn't read it. He poured some regular beer into the glass, and they still couldn't read it. It doesn't look anything like as dark and readable as it appears in the picture. I think if you poured some very dark brew such as Guinness in the glass, it might be easily readable, but otherwise, no. Because it was done beautifully, I'll give three stars, but I'm docking two for the background being so light.
