A gift from the heart This is a beautiful gift and made my friends tear up. It arrived fast and unfortunately was chipped. I contacted customer service and sent pictures. They responded quickly and shipped another one out that my friend received two of them since I had already given her the chip one since her birthday party was that week. However, she visited me on her birthday which the new one arrived the day prior and she was extremely happy that the company replaced the damaged one.
