Happy customer Overall satisfied with this pillow. I bought this for my sister when her dog passed away. She cried when she received it. My only complaint is with fed ex. It kept getting delayed and they kept changing delivery date so it came later than expected. But that’s not personalization mall’s fault.

Personalized Pillow The picture on this pillow is beautiful and I couldn't have asked for a better quality. The only down side is that the pillow that came with it is flat. I'm hoping it fluffs up after opening but aside from that, the cover is gorgeous and I would order again.

Print on pillow The quality is great and the photo turned out beautifully. Plan on doing some of these for Christmas gifts. I was looking at the site at a later date and noticed that you could do same pillow with your pet's name and/or six predetermined comments. I would have wanted to put our cat name on it but there was no place to inter that info. I think you had to pick that it was to memorialize in order to do that. I wish I had had the option. Probably my mistake. The product is really lovely. I will try to find less expensive shipping on next purchase.
