 Daughter's presentSome of the pictures were sid ways and not straight up and down and it made the blanket look funny. Material wasn't very thick. But the concept was a hit.

Favorite Things Memory Blanket By Shopper  (Cincinnati, OH) - November 23, 2020 I was disappointed with the coloring of the blanket and the way when you brush the nap it does not look nice. Therefore, you will have to make sure you always brush it to the right if you want a nice look and not distorted.

Fleece *Blanket* The photos turned out very well, however the weight isn't what I would call a *blanket*, it's more of a thin lightweight throw.

Not totally satisfied First of all I did not realize that I would need to do my own tie backs for this product. I thought the blanket would arrive completed. So when I did receive the two piece I was kind of surprised. I had to call customer service to see what I need to do and they informed me instructions should have arrive with my purchase--which they did not. I was sent an e-mail with a link on getting directions. So when I went to do the tie-backs, the instructions said to cut four inch corners on all sides leaving an inch away for the pictures. Well whoever cut the blanket with pictures only left three inches between the top of the blanket and the photos so there was no room to cut the 4 inch corners, nor was there any room to have a reasonable looking tie back at the top. I did call your customer service again and they asked me to return the item, but I needed it as a gift for the weekend and did not have the luxury to return. Fortunately, I had a sewing machine and was able to sew both pieces together. In the future I would not ever buy this tie back again, but I will purchase your other blankets.

 Read the whole description I assumed the was a standard sized throw. It is not. It is a baby-sized thin blanket. Even with a $10 coupon, I would not consider buying this again. Disappointing.

60X80 Plush Fleece Photo Blanket By Shopper (Huntington Beach, CA) - December 18, 2021 I was very disappointed in the quality of the blanket. The colors of the background and photos is VERY faded, not like how it's advertised. I am going to give it to the recipient of the gift but if she notices the lack of quality, I am going to try and get a replacement. Very disappointed since I am a return customer.

Back blanket like feathers I was shocked to find out that the back piece of the blanket I had to put together.

Confused I actually love the blanket, but I hate the facts that I have to cut and put the knots in it. I just feel as much money I payed this should have already been done before sending this to me . I have been ordering here for years and this is my first time regretting a purchase.

Could be better By Shopper (Fort Myers, FL) - April 14, 2021 The texture of the blanket bleeds through onto the pictures, distoring the image. Also, pics are darker. The quality of the blanket is acceptable. Just disappointed with the look of the images.

Poor Quality By Shopper (Fordyce, NE) - March 20, 2021 I was very disappointed in this product. Although the pictures were great, the quality of the blanket was very poor. I have a blanket that I ordered a couple of years ago and it actually had the manufacturer listed on the tag as personalization mall. It was high quality fleece and has washed like a dream. This new blanket was manufactured by a company called Terry Town and is so thin and the nap on the fleece is almost nonexistent. I’m afraid to wash it.Not good product!

Replacement for 1st one never received By Shopper (Utica, OH) - December 11, 2020 So I ordered one and never got it, however after multiple back and forth the company did end up reordering free of cost which is greatly appreciated! And I received it within time stated! However I am disappointed at the quality of the blanket. There are many what looks to be “dots” of white all over the blanket, and a few white lines through the blanket as well. The texture is super soft, but very thin. The color is gorgeous! Didn’t care for how it was just thrown in a bag for shipping.

 ORDERI order a blanket and got it couple days later. I ordered another one and I still haven’t received it. I called customer service and was told be patient it will come and I’m still waiting. No help!!! Won’t order again. It was a very special gift of my father who passed away.

Very Thin Plush Fleece I ordered a My Favorite Things blanket and upgraded to the plush fleece. The blanket is extremely thin, it is acutally thinner than a towel.

Beyond disappointed By Shopper (Tempe, AZ) - December 23, 2021 Disappointed is an understatement. This was a Christmas gift for my mom. They make you put a third line and my sister and I didn’t want to add anything else, so we put a heart. Instead we got 2 question marks even though the preview photo showed a heart. I am very upset that if there was a question about what we wanted that we were not contacted. I tried to call the customer service line but it said they were closed even though it was during their stated operating hours. Would not recommend

Disappointed By Shopper (Spokane, WA) - December 16, 2021 I will not be giving this as a gift as ordered. Color was suppose to be burgundy. Color is an awful puke brown. The blanket is more like a cheap towel.
I ordered a blanket 2 years ago and loved it. Thick dark blue pictures shined. The quality of this blanket is a huge let down. I won't be ordering again.

Not happy Can’t order these personalized gifts anymore on your phone. Now they want a jpeg format for pictures. Such a bummer won’t be using this site anymore.

Wrong item sent I was so excited to receive my blanket only to find out that they sent the wrong pictures on it. I received someone else’s blanket. Supposedly sending out a new blanket and the company doesn’t want me to send back the blanket I received so I guess I am to throw it in the dump (great for the environment). That means someone is throwing the blanket I ordered in the dump with my grandkids pictures and names on it (great for personal security) not !!! Signed, very disappointed
