Item #20622-s Overall I think this is a great item. I was a bit disappointed in the quality of the pictures. Not sure if the canvas is to blame but I was expecting the pictures to be clearer than they are. The samples that are shown appear much clearer than the pictures on my item.

Good customer service When I received my order I was unhappy with how it turned out. The canvas on the frame was a bit crooked. I emailed the company and the immediately responded and shipped out a new one and I received it the next day. I applaud the customer service for responding very fast.

Great customer service The product itself was perfect but the frame was very cheap. I dont recommend buying the frame. Alrhough i emailed the company & my refund was sent the next day. So tney do hvae greay service. I would definitley order again.

I never got an error about photo size. Some photos came out great, just wish the handful that were blurry, came out a little more clear.
