I chose two day delivery to ensure delivery for our Secret Santa party, and unfortunately, Fed Ex dropped the ball, and it was delivered four days late. I won’t order anything again if they use Fed Ex.

Personalized Family Tree By Shopper (Seabrook, NH) - February 12, 2022 I ordered this Family Tree because it was cute and was able to hold all the names I wanted. It is very nice. I gave it 4 stars because I wish the lightest green were a bit deeper in color so it would be more visible from a distance. I am planning to change the frame to a gray which will go nicer with my decor, Gray was not a color choice offered. I definitely would recommend this product.

Family Tree of Life By Shopper (Bartonville, IL) - January 8, 2021 I really like this gift I bought for my grandmother. I would have loved it to pop just a little but more off of the canvas. It is a little light. Maybe you can offer it in different colors or shades.

Could be better, but still nice I ordered this as a gift. The names are printed on a thin white washed board. All the "wood" look is printed with the image of the trees and names. However, I feel like with the sale price, it was still worth it and will be a lovely and appreciated gift. For a higher quality piece, I would expect to pay double the price of this. So I'm certainly pleased with 4 stars for the price.

Great gift idea By Shopper (Babylon, NY) - November 13, 2020 I really wanted to find a unique gift idea and this was perfect. I really love how it came out. My only two complaints are that you weren’t given a lot of frame options and you couldn’t designate which names went where. I had to try 100 different combinations until I got it close to how I wanted it. And then I just gave up and ordered it when it was close enough.

Missing Sentence This product is beautiful it was made of nice quality and printed clearly, the only down fall was the sentence below the tree “Together we are Blessed” wasn’t there this could have been on our error or the company’s. The people who received it loved it! We will definitely order again.

FAMILY TREE I LOVE THIS PRODUCT. I WOULD GIVE IT FIVE STARS IF THE PRINT HAD BEEN A BIT DARKER. I LOVE THAT I COULD PERSONIZE EVERYTHING. I HAVEN'T GIVEN IT YET BUT I FEEL CERTAIN SHE WILL LOVE IT.

Like it! I was pleased. I’m just disappointed with the font style. I would like it if all the first initials of the names were capitalized. Gives certain names a look of more importance.

 Cute, but the frame arrived broken.Good quality, however the corner of the frame was broken. Fortunately it was an easy fix we could handle ourselves with glue.

Very Light in Print Had made a family tree for my in laws. When looking at it, it was super light in print. Nothing pops out and you'd really have to be up close to be able to see the names as it's really light. Wished it was a darker green. Overall it's cute.

 QualityThe frame was falling apart when I opened the package. The clasps won’t even stay together, my husband has to fix the frame for it to even hold together. Would not recommend.
