very well done I got the cups when the email said, very well done. I opened the open checked everything out. the boxes that the cups were in were in my opinion well boxed so they didnt break in case of rough handling. The colors and print were done very nicely, whomever did the order, did very well. Well done.

I wasn't so crazy about the "gift boxes" that were stamped with Personalization logo and website. :( Would have preferred the option to get PLAIN WHITE GIFT BOXES. We had planned to put event information on the gift boxes - no chance of that with PM all over the top.
So we LOVED the cups and will order cups again.
PM make the gift boxes a plain white option next time, especially when they cost extra money!!.

Notable Coffee Mug I was very pleased with how this turned out. I wasn't sure what to expect but it looked great when it arrived. From the design, to order, to delivery, I was very happy with the process. I have order many things from the personalization mall and so far I have not been disappointed yet. If I could make 1 suggestion, allow for more than 1 initial. My wife's business Hometown Escapes goes by HTE and it would have been nice to have HTE (not just H). But honestly, this is just me being very picky, it was amazing.

Names Very pleased with the 4 mugs I purchased. The names for my sisters you can not find on any key chains, necklaces, pins, etc. I received a cup with my name, Marina, on it for Christmas this year and I am so happy since my name is unusual. This prompted me to get cups for my sisters.
