 Glass ornament I was dissappointed that the ornament was thin glass. Not beveled like the picture showed. I would have paid an extra couple of dollars for a beveled, thicker glSs.??

 DISAPPOINTED!I was SO DISAPPOINTED in this product. My dear friend’s husband died at Christmas. I thought the ornament would be a beautiful reminder. Instead the engraving was a simple piece of paper that could be pealed off! Not a good display from a company that specializes in personalization. I will not purchased it again if needed!

Etching on product Personalization on ornament is not clear. Part of the dates are unclear. I will attempt to replace.

Tear drop ornament I was disappointed in this item as the online picture is much more elegant. The etching of the letter ‘Z’ is not even similar. The weight of the ornaments very light and flimsy. Sorry, but would not recommend these ornaments

 Blurry My husband passed away 6 months ago. I ordered the teardrop memorial to give at Christmas to our children. It is not etched deeply so is blurry to read. I don’t think I can even give to the children. I’ve order many things in the past and have always been satisfied. Sadly this time I am not.

Terrible quality! By Shopper (Citrus Springs, FL) - December 20, 2021 I am incredibly disappointed in the quality of the product I received to give as a gift for Christmas. I bought this for my father, as a memorial for my brother, and now I don't have a gift for him. The writing is not even close to centered, it looks terrible, and I would give 0 stars if I could.

Not satisfied Very cheap looking and SMALL. looks nothing like shown. Also DON’T waste $3.99 on the boxes. Very misleading to say the least. Very poor quality.

Don’t get gift box Ornament was nice. However, the gift box was a joke. 5$ down the drain. Thank goodness it came to me instead of the person I bought it for. I bought 2 of them so a total waste of $10. Had to go by new gift boxes.

Cheap and faint lettering I ordered 2 of this ornament and it is VERY thin and cheap looking. The lettering is so faint you can hardly make out the words and name!
