Good product and customer service I ordered this baking dish for Mother’s Day, received it Thursday night but unfortunately the dish handlers were broken during packaging I guessed, so I emailed the company that night but also called the next morning, the representative could solve it quickly without any hassles by ordering another one and having it shipped to me next day right before mother’s day, really appreciated that!
Also, the baking dish and the engraving are all very beautiful. Very satisfied!

All were sturdy, and made well. The crock had a couple of flaws and the company immediately replaced the item when I reported it. The replacement was perfect. The engraving on the wood handles is deep and permanent--will never wear off like paint would.
